Ingredients

18 eggs 1 cup of butter 1 cup of grated white cheddar cheese 1 cup of grated orange cheddar cheese 1 cup of shopped red pepper 1/2 cup of chopped chives 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and dried parsley flakes 2 slices of bread 1 teaspoon of Mayonnaise 1 cup of lettuce 1/2 cup of red onion 1 tomato (sliced)

Directions

1. Add eggs, butter, cheese, peppers, chives, and spices to a baking sheet 2. Cook for 20-30 mins 3. Spread mayo onto bread, and cook in air fryer for 4 minutes at 400° 4. Remove from air fryer and place lettuce, tomato, and onion on bread 5. Add egg, and enjoy!
