Stromboli Roll Up Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury pizza dough - 1/2 cup pizza sauce - 1/2 cup cheese - 100g Hungarian salami - 50g spicy salami - 100g salami - 1/4 cup diced green pepper - 1/4 cup diced red pepper - 1/4 cup banana peppers - 1 egg (egg wash) - 1 tsp oregano - grated fresh parmesan
Directions
1) Lay out your pizza dough on a greased pan 2) Spread your sauce, leaving about 1 inch space from the edge 3) Start layering your toppings, focusing on the centre of the dough 4) Roll up your pizza, folding in the sides as you go 5) Brush with egg wash, sprinkle the oregano, grate some parmesan on top and slash your dough across the top 6) Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown 7) Add more fresh parmesan and parsley before serving
