Ranch Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded) 1 package of any pasta 1 cup of sliced onions 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 small jar of pimientos 1 package of ranch seasoning 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of pepper 2 tablespoons of Olive oil 5 garlic cloves (grated) 2 cups of chicken broth 1 cup of evaporated milk 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 1 baguette (cut into 1-inch slices) 2 tablespoons of butter 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
Directions
Add pasta, onions, tomatoes, pimentos, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, olive oil, chicken broth, evaporated milk, to a casserole dish, Mix Bake at 400°F for 40 mins Take out of oven, mix well, add chicken and cheese (Save some cheese for next two steps), Mix Add top layer of cheese and broil for 2-3 minutes Mix butter and parsley, spread on garlic bread, and cook in the air fryer at 380°F for 4 minutes. Top garlic bread with left over cheese. Enjoy!
