Peach Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
1 package of heart shaped pasta 1 roll of goat cheese 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper 2 cups of cream 2 cups of water 2 tablespoon of maple syrup 5-6 peaches (sliced) 2 cups of pecans 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 cup of melted butter 1/4 cup of all purpose flour 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
Directions
1) In a large casserole dish add goat cheese, heart pasta, olive oil, salt, pepper, cream, water, and mix well 2) Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes 3) Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup. Mix well, and top with peach slices, pecans 4) In a small bowl add brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, mix well, add flour, and mix again, then crumble on top of pasta 5) Bake in oven for another 15 minutes at 375 degrees 6) Remove from oven, top with powdered sugar, enjoy!
