Mini Bell Pepper Nachos
Ingredients
- 14 mini bell peppers (red, green, yellow, orange) - 1 lbs taco seasoned cooked ground beef (with green onion and parsley) - Taco sauce - 1 cup Tex Mex cheese - 1 chopped green pepper - 1/2 cup chopped red onion - 1/2 cup diced tomato - 1 cup shredded marble cheese - 2 sliced jalapeños - cilantro lime crema sauce
Directions
1) Cut the mini peppers in half and remove the white pith and seeds 2) place skin side down in your dish and spoon the cooked beef over the top 3) Drizzle your taco sauce over then the Tex Mex cheese, more green pepper, red onion, tomato, marble cheese and place your sliced jalapeños to finish it off 4) Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes just to melt the cheese 5) Top with cilantro lime crema sauce before serving
