Ingredients

Meat sauce: * ½ medium yellow onion, diced * 1 lb ground beef * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon black pepper * 15 oz tomato sauce Cheese filling: * 15 oz ricotta cheese * ½ cup fresh basil, chopped * 1 large egg * ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese Béchamel Sauce: * 4 tablespoons unsalted butter * 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour * 2 cups milk * salt, to taste * freshly ground black pepper * ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese * fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions

1. Cook lasagna noodles to al dente 2. Add oil to Bundt pan, and evenly lay around lasagna noodles 3. Add mozzarella cheese, meat sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, lasagna noodles, cheese, and meat sauce, in that order 4. Fold over remaining lasagna noodles, and bake at 350°F for 45 mins 5.
