Iron Grilled Cheese Hack
Ingredients
Grilled cheese: 2 slices of bread 2 tablespoons of butter 1 slice of mozzarella cheese 2 slices of cheddar cheese 1 slice of Monterey jack cheese Tomato Soup: 2 Cups cherry tomatoes 4 Roma tomatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 cup baby carrots 1 whole head of garlic, peeled 1 large red onion 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes fresh thyme 1/4 cup of coconut milk
Directions
1) Butter both sides of two slices of bread and add cheese. 2) Place sandwich underneath tin foil and press down using a hot iron until cooked Tomato Soup: 1) Add all ingredients to a large casserole dish 2) Preheat oven to 425, and roast for 30-45 mins 3) Add veggies to blender and blend until smooth 4) Add coconut milk, and blend again 5) Enjoy
