Ice Cream Balls

Directions

1) Place ice cream into a small bowl lined with cling wrap 2) Insert chocolate ball into ice cream and top off with more ice cream 3) Tie cling wrap and tape, then place in freezer 4) Crush up a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, unwrap ice cream balls and roll in the cereal, egg wash, and then cereal again 5) Deep fry the balls until golden brown 6) Top with whip cream, crushed nuts, and chocolate drizzle 7) Enjoy!
