Ingredients

24 Jumbo Marshmallows 2 Cups of Fruity Pebbles Cereal 1/4 stick of butter (Cubed) 2 bricks of cream cheese 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 Cup of powdered sugar 2 Cups of heavy cream Pink food coloring (optional)

Directions

1) In a large casserole dish add cereal, marshmallows, and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until marshmallows and butter is melted. 2) Remove from oven and mix well. Add mixture to a greased spring form pan, and form into a bowl to create the cake crust. Then place in freezer for 15-20 minutes to set. 3) In a large bowl add cream cheese, lemon juice, and sift in powdered sugar. Mix with a hand mixer, add heavy cream, food coloring, and mix again. 4) Add mixture to cereal shell, and place back into freezer for about 3-4 hours. 5) Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and enjoy!
