Flower Balloon Ice Balls

Directions

1) Use the balloon expansion tool to widen the mouth of your balloon 2) Gently push a flower into the balloon, repeat. Fill with water and freeze for a couple hours 3) When ready, fill an ice bucket with ice, tuck in your LED lights, your waters/ beverages and decorate with some greenery and flowers 4) Cut open your balloons to reveal your ice flower and add to your bucket 5) Turn on the LED lights to get the full affect
