Ingredients

6 Dinner Rolls 6 Whole eggs Diced mushrooms, zuchinnis, spinach, red onions, peppers (red, orange, yellow) Spices A: Salt, Pepper, Garlic and herb, basil, parsley flakes, red pepper flaked 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup of Shredded cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons of Melted Butter 1/4 cup of chopped chives Sauce: 4 Eggs 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 cup of melted butter Spices B: Salt, Cayenne Pepper

Directions

1) In a large casserole dish place dinner rolls, and hollow out the inside to make room for eggs 2) Add the eggs and top with your choice of veggies, cheese, spices, and chives 3) Brush rolls with melted butter, and bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes 4) In a separate bowl add 4 whole eggs, lemon juice, and whisk well 5) Create a double boiler, and warm the mixture as you add butter slowly while whisking, then top with salt and cayenne 6) Remove rolls from oven, top with sauce, and enjoy!
