Ingredients

Chocolate bowl: - 3 small balloons - 1/2 of candy melts (you can use various colours) - parchment paper Filling: - 1 tub Cool Whip - 1 box raspberry Jell-O - 3 slices lemon sponge cake - Lemon meringue snack pack - strawberry syrup - fresh berries - lemon wafers - strawberry wafers

Directions

1) Blow up your balloons and tie 2) Melt your chocolates and dip the bottom of your balloon into the chocolate. Set on a pan with parchment paper. Freeze until set. 3) Mix 1 tub of Cool whip and Jell-O and mix until well combined 4) Remove chocolate bowls from freezer, pop balloons and remove 5) Crumble the lemon sponge cake into the bottom of the chocolate bowls then spoon in the Cool Whip mixture in. Alternatively you can use the lemon meringue snack pack for filling 6) Drizzle strawberry sauce and top with fresh berries and mint 7) Some you can add lemon wafers and some you can do strawberry wafers or mix it up
