Chicken Alfredo Bake
Ingredients
1 brick of cream cheese 1 box of penne pasta 2 jars of alfredo sauce 2 cups of mozzarella cheese Spices: 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano 3 tablespoons of minced garlic 2 cups of heavy cream 1 cup of chicken stock 2 cups of shredded parmesan cheese 1 full stick of butter (cubed) 3 cups of baby spinach 2 cooked chicken breasts (strips) 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
Directions
1) In a large casserole dish add cream cheese, pasta, alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, spices, garlic, cream, chicken stock 2) Bake in oven at 400 for 40 minutes 3) Remove from oven, mix, add spinach and chicken, mix well, top with mozzarella cheese and fresh parlsey 4) Place back into oven on broil until cheese is melted. 5) Remove from oven and enjoy!
